Rules of participation

Article 1.


These rules of participation composed by Kiiroo B.V. (afterward referred to as “Organizer”), Claude Debussylaan 213, 1082 MC Amsterdam, are applicable to all participants of this raffle.
Participating in this raffle means you accept all rules of participation. The rules can not be contested and no attempt of contesting these rules will be honored or considered. Our privacy policy can be viewed at https://Kiiroo.com/Privacy/ . You can contact the Organizer with questions concerning this raffle.



Article 2. Participation and Participants

Companies are excluded from participation. So are minors. Participants under the age of 18 are restricted from entering this raffle. Staff of Kiiroo B.V. and partners are also restricted from participation.All participants are obliged to complete the registering process, such as the filling out of the raffle form, themselves. You can not be qualified as a participant if the registering occured by a third party on your behalf. The Organizer retains the right to exclude such entries from the raffle.
The Organizer can nullify entries when the suspicion arises that the entry was incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent or involuntary. The Organizer can not be held responsible for any incorrect data like E-mail addresses, telephone numbers leading to involuntarily added individuals, wrong addresses and other falsified data from fraudulent entries.




Article 3. Rewards

The appointing of raffle winners for the VR headsets from the participants proceeds in a random, non-partial, neutral fashion. The rewards are not exchangeable for cash money or other prizes. The Organizer will only reward 1 prize to a specific entry when drawing winners, multiple prizes can not be awarded to one and the same entry. The winners will be announced by the end of the first week of March 2017 or sooner. Winners will be contacted privately about their winnings. Kiiroo will contact each winner personally to obtain a postal address. Kiiroo is not responsible for failing to reward prizes to people who fail to communicate their address in a timely and correct fashion. You can not correspond about the results of the raffle drawings. Organizer provides the VR headsets conform the status they have when supplied. The Organizer is not responsible for visible or hidden damages to rewards, including for damages caused by shipping or any means of transportation of the merchandise.


Every winner agrees to work with the organizer in participating in promotional activities related to this specific raffle. Any and all photos, supplied by winners may be used by the Organizer for publicity.
The Organizer is also allowed to use any contact data supplied by participants of the raffle for Email marketing purposes.



Article 4. Data

By signing up fort the raffle, the participant allows the Organizer to share all contact data with all third parties the Organizer deems necessary to deliver the prizes to the winners. The participant is now fully informed about the Organizer’s effort in collecting and sharing of the aforementioned data.The participant agrees to all the statements made in the cookie policy and the privacy statement.

Article 5. The changing of participation rules and technical resources


The Organizer retains the right to change the rules tot his raffle at any time.
Therefore we suggest you review this policy frequently. The Organizer can not be obliged to guarantee the continued up-time of it’s website(s) and the services provided. Even though the Organizer takes the greatest care to maintain it’s content and site(s) it is possible for the information found on the site and in it’s policies and rules to be incomplete or incorrect.
The Participant is responsible for acquiring access to means of telecommunication so that they can be contacted about the results of the raffle. The VR headset is meant to be used with Android and i-Phone smartphones with a diagonal screen size of 4.1 inch through 6 inches. Take into account that VR applications have minimal system requirements. You will need a phone capable or running at least Android 4.0 or iOS 9.0. Next to that (but in no way limited tot his specification) your phone must have an internal gyroscope.



Article 6. Complaints
If a participant finds his or herself with complaints in regard tot he raffle organized by the Organizer, they can communicate these to the Organizer within 5 working days after the complaint has risen or could reasonably be discovered. The participant may send a letter to Kiiroo B.V. Claude Debussylaan 213, 1082MC Amsterdam, stating the following subject: “Complaint VR Raffle”
Kiiroo will contact the participant about attempting to resolve the complaint.




Article 7. Liability

The Organizer can not be held responsible for any conceivable damages related to participation in the raffle. Print or digital publishing errors can not be included in any case against the Organizer.
The can not be grounds for a commitment of the Organizer to the participant. The organizer is not in any way responsible for damages of any kind arising from the use of it’s sites or it’s partner’s sites.
The organizer is not responsible for any costs made by the participant in regards to entering and participating in this raffle.

Article 8. Overpowering Circumstances
The Organizer retains the right to end or alter the raffle at any given time when it feels it encounters overpowering circumstances. Overpowering Circumstances may include (but may not be limited to the following given reason) Bankruptcy of a supplier or prize sponsor. The Organizer may choose to reward a winner with an entirely different prize in such a scenario.



Article 9. Applicable Law

The Dutch law is the only law applicable to our rule policies, the privacy statement and any other policy concerning this raffle. All legal quarrels will be presented to a legitimate Dutch Judge in the courts of Amsterdam.
